Someone told me in-game that the schematic for a basic flame torch can only be found in T3 and T4 zones.
I’ve found a few already-built torches in T2 zones, and that’s fine. But can someone verify if the bit about the schematic is accurate, and if so, what is the purpose behind it?

Please help.
